A beer inspired by Bavarian tradition, with a golden blonde color and a lovely white head. On the nose, notes of wildflowers, the delicate herbaceous hops, and the fragrance of malt are evident. On the palate, you enjoy the balance between the sweetness of the malt, the slight bitterness of the hops, and the clean flavor.
Enjoy with dishes based on trout or char from our mountains, with medium-aged cheeses or a tasty vegetable ratatouille.
