From the purest water from the springs of the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, our most precious ingredient, we create beers for the most discerning palates. From classic to sophisticated, even gluten-free: for us, innovation also means inclusion. This creates a beer that embodies the values of the mountains: simplicity, authenticity, and wholesomeness!

It all starts here.
At the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, in Pinzolo - Madonna di Campiglio, at the gateway to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, where the springs of our water originate: fresh, pure, light.
We were born and raised here. And here we chose to transform the simplicity and purity of these places into authentic beers, easy to drink but rigorous in quality.
Since 2012 we have been producing with the same mission: simplicity, authenticity, purity.
Our state-of-the-art brewhouse, Made in Germany by Wachsman Brautechnik, has always been synonymous with technical reliability and guarantee.
We combine this with care and dedication throughout every stage of production, from the selection of raw materials to bottling, all of which we manage independently.
Simple, but with absolute rigor.
Classic German-style beers are easy to drink, but difficult to brew. In lagers, every detail counts: no frills, no embellishments, every little imperfection is noticeable.

We will prepare your order within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.
The goods travel insured against damage during transport.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is always free, except for surcharges for some destinations:
- Venice and Lagoon → €7
- Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia → €8
- Smaller islands (Elba, Ischia, Capri, Tremiti, Aeolian Islands, Pantelleria, Lampedusa, etc.) → €13

We do not currently offer guided tours or tastings: we are not equipped to serve wine on site.
However, we are happy to welcome you to purchase our beers directly, in cans or loose, including fresh, at the brewery during its opening hours: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
