A craft beer dedicated to those with gluten intolerance. It retains the characteristics of our Helles: no exotic hops, no overpowering bitterness, and no heaviness. It differs in its subtle bitterness. Each batch is tested to ensure it is gluten-free (residual gluten less than 20 ppm).

Like Helles, it's perfect with trout or char from our mountains, medium-aged cheeses, or a flavorful vegetable ratatouille. It's also a great beer to enjoy with any meal, especially for those with gluten intolerance.
