SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

The products available on the website can be purchased, depending on the type, in packs of 12 × 0.5 L bottles or packs of 6 × 0.75 L bottles.

Purchased products will be dispatched by express courier within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation has been received.
The goods will be delivered within 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping costs are always included, except for the following surcharges.

Applicable surcharges:

Venice and the Venice Lagoon: €7.00
Smaller islands: €13.00
Calabria / Sicily / Sardinia: €8.00

Insurance: Goods are insured against damage occurring during transport. We guarantee the utmost care in packaging.

Cash on delivery: €5.00 surcharge on the total order amount.

IMPORTANT

Upon delivery, please check the external condition of the package. If it shows signs of crushing or damage, accept the delivery only by signing “subject to inspection”. This will make it possible to obtain compensation for damage caused during transport; please refer to the “Insurance” section.

The courier is not required to wait while the package is opened.
