It's our slogan: our beers are born in the mountains, among the Brenta Dolomites.
Here, where the water flows pure and the air smells of the forest, we have learned to cultivate simplicity and respect the rhythms of nature.
For us, every brew is much more than a simple production: it's a gesture that speaks to our land. Every sip carries with it the slow rhythm of the mountains, their authenticity, their silent strength.
A beer that doesn't want to amaze with artifice, but rather invites you to slow down, to savor, to rediscover that profound connection with the place where it comes from.
Seemingly simple, fundamentally complex beers
We brew classic German-style beers: they're light and drinkable, but they're the most difficult to make. Even the smallest imperfections are noticeable in lagers, and only respect for timing, rigorous processes, and excellent raw materials make the difference.
The result? True mountain beer , genuine, honest, faithful to tradition but always open to innovation.
It all starts here!
At the foot of the Brenta Dolomites, in Pinzolo - Madonna di Campiglio, at the gateway to the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, where the springs of our water originate: fresh, pure, light.
We were born and raised here. And here we chose to transform the simplicity and purity of these places into authentic beers, easy to drink but rigorous in quality.
Since 2012 we have been producing with the same mission: simplicity, authenticity, purity.

Pure ingredients.
The basis of all our beers.
Water, malt, hops, yeast. Four carefully selected ingredients:
Water : the essential raw material for making good beer, from the Adamello springs, overlooking the Brenta Dolomites. Pure, light as the air we breathe up here, cold as the glaciers from which it comes.
Malt : selected to ensure high standards and consistent quality.
Hops : the soul of beer. Noble Bavarian hops, they add aroma and character.
Yeast : original Bavarian, always kept fresh and vital

Artisans.
By tradition and by choice.
In Trentino, especially in the valleys where vines were not grown, beer was traditionally home-brewed to supplement family life. This tradition provides our inspiration.
In 2012, we founded Birrificio Val Rendena, led by two twin hands: Claudio and Paolo Collini, brothers and partners, united by the same passion.
From a small laboratory to the current facilities, growth has been constant: a new production plant in 2015, the first ten years of activity in 2022.

A beer more sustainable.
Clean energy, authentic taste.
Since 2023, our beer has become even better: our new photovoltaic system is now up and running! The nearly 50 KWp installation, mounted on the brewery’s roof, generates clean electricity used in the production process, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and making our beers more sustainable. This is complemented by the energy recovery system applied to our brewing process.
Thanks to the European contribution granted under FESR Notice no. 2/2022 INVESTMENTS IN PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEMS, we are able to play our part in reducing the environmental impact of our activity and protecting the unique environment in which we are immersed.
