A Bavarian Hefeweizen-style beer. It features a golden-blond, opalescent color, as befits its style. On the nose, fruity and fragrant notes of yeast, banana, and cloves are evident. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and pleasantly acidic and thirst-quenching.

To be enjoyed with white meats and grilled vegetables, fresh mountain or goat cheeses.
