This is our beer with the most character and complexity. The body has a bright tawny color with copper highlights, topped by a fine, compact beige head. The aroma is intense with fruity notes of toasted bread and subtle, intriguing spicy and earthy notes from the hops. On the palate, it is bold and rounded, with toasted aromas and a pleasant bitterness reminiscent of licorice. The best choice for those who love beers with character without sacrificing drinkability.

Full-bodied and structured, Bira da l'Ors pairs well with flavorful grilled or roasted meats, aged cheeses, or fondues. For the more adventurous, try pairing it with a sweet and delicate Tuscan cigar like the Garibaldi. To enjoy it at its best, we recommend serving it in open glasses.
